Terms and Conditions for Honda CRF110F Give Away! 

 

1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by GAS Moto (ABN: 92007439698), located at 61-65 Parfitt Road, Wangaratta, Victoria 3677.
 

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to Australian citizens aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of GAS Moto and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
     

3. Prize

  • The prize is a brand new 2025 Honda CRF110F valued at AUD $3,998.00.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
     

4. Entry Methods

Participants can enter the giveaway through the following methods:

  1. Social Media Entry: Like, share, follow, and tag 3 friends on the giveaway post on GAS Moto's social media platforms.

  2. Purchase any motorcycle from GAS Moto before the 16th of December and get 10 x entries

  3. Online Purchase: Purchase any item over AUD $50.00 from GAS Moto's online parts store at www.shop.gasmoto.com.au.

  4. Instagram Post: Create a public Instagram post tagging GAS Moto and using the hashtag #ridegasmoto.

5. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway opens on 21/11/2024 and closes on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Melbourne Time).

  • The winner will be drawn on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at 4:00 PM (Melbourne Time).
     

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via phone call & Email within 24 hours of the draw.
     

7. Prize Collection

  • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification, and pick up the prize from GAS Moto with-in 30 days of annoucment. 

  • If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, GAS Moto reserves the right to select another winner.
     

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
     

9. General Conditions

  • GAS Moto reserves the right to amend or withdraw the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
