2. Ordering and Availability
 

  • Placing an Order: By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Availability: While we strive to ensure that all items listed are in stock, product availability may change from time to time. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a full refund.
     

3. Pricing
 

  • Pricing Information: All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated separately and will be added to your order at checkout. Standard shipping rates for most orders are $15.00, with costs rarely exceeding $28.00. A $100 reservation fee will be held until shipping is calculated. Bulk items or special orders may incur additional charges. You will be contacted if shipping costs are above $28 before our ordered is finalised.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. However, once your order has been confirmed, the price will remain fixed, and no price changes will apply.
     

4. Payment
 

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through a third party provider, We do not store your credit card details.

  • Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions, ensuring that your personal and payment information is kept confidential.

  • In the case of a discount or refund, your credit card will be refunded. This may take several buiness days to appear on your statment. 

  • In the case of calculating shipping, the difference will be refunded to your credit card. This may take several business days to appear on your statment. Average shipping price is $15.00 - $28.00 Aud.  
     

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Delivery Times: While we aim to deliver all products as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 business days for standard delivery within Australia. Express shipping will normally arive in 1-3 Business days.

  • Shipping Exclusions: We currently do not ship to international locations. 
     

6. Returns and Refunds
 

  • Consumer Rights: As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for any faulty or damaged products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14-day returns policy for unused and unopened products, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee
       

  • Special Ordered Items, Spare Parts, and Electronics: Special ordered items, spare parts, and electronics are non-returnable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not accept returns for these items due to a change of mind or incorrect fitment. Please ensure you select the correct item before purchasing, and contact us for assistance if you have any questions about compatibility or specifications.

    Need to confirm your model before ordering? Call with your VIN number and our team can identify your bike. 
     

  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
     

7. Warranties
 

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary by product. Details of the warranty will be provided with the product or can be requested from us.
